SNL
1:34 AM Today was the last service of 2006! hahas. Woke up early today. Needa rush out for leaders meeting. Was late for 5 mins. But haven started at all. Talk and everything! haha. After that, had our lunch. (but i did not eat) Was with the zhi, quak, derek and beng. hehes. After that, went back to church! (: hahs. For CELL GRP! Thank GOD wei lin came today!! hehs!! (: And we had our MASS ice-breaker!! (: COOLs. hahahs. After that, had P&W. hahas. Den haf our dear JULIA, SHERMIN AND ONG NEI to share their testimonies!(: hehs. was real cool and awesome!! And den, i left after that for usher. Cos service 1 finished their service le. *bleahs* Was really fast uh! hahas. Was down for usher. I decided to let the two team leaders of team 4 to lead and give instructions. Hm, it's time for them to learn to be independent w/o me. i wana serve in cell grp more! My dream is to be a CELL GRP LEADER!. STILL POSSIBLE??! I hope so (: okays. service. The atmosphere was kinda wierd. Was feeling kinda different. Was a bit down. Dunnoe why. Perhaps it mus be SATAN who wan our last service of 2006 to be bad. So this would make our 2007 worst. haahs. NO WAY LA. lols.! Feel distracted during worship. jus dunnoe why. After P&W, pple began to sit down. Wells. Was thinking abt usher. How can i jus bring these ushers to greater heights?. How can i jus train them up? Aniwae. after that. The sermon was good (: hehs. New year resolution. hehs. Today sermon was interesting! (: hahas. Plus pastor haf added some kinda "hands on" show. lols! After service, was busy giving out post cards. hahs (: *whoos. (but too bad la, derek, quak, zhi beng stumble me) (LOLS) Yupps. Pack and everything. Joined core grp for only a while. And den, they left. Celebrated shun rong birthday! 5:18 PM HEYS! (: I'm back from chalet! hehs. Leaders retreat (: tired and my whole body feels super SORE! Wells. how should i start? Morning, we haf core meeting. After that, met up with zhi, derek, ubeng, quak. Was late la. hahs. Gideon was with us also. Travelled to Jurong east. hahas. realised we will miss the shuttle bus. hahs. So we went ahead to simei. On the way, the guys will jus talk abt soccer. *bleahs* I'm NOT interested at all. And i was like so bored, can?! And i cut in their conversation. And they jus talked abt usher for the sake of it. LOLS. Went to east mall. (i tink so. ) Went there to shop. Quak bought a new bible. metallic one! (: SO nice. it's ORANGE in colour. After tat, Gideon went to buy some food and Beng to buy his towel! hahas. We were late. We rushed in to take the train, but we missed it. And we came up with the strategy how to rush out of the train to catch the bus. hahs. yu ting was like stunned when she saw all of us rushing out like crazy. When we reached the shuttle bus waiting area, hahs. Guess wat? we missed the bus!! lols. Bro RX came to fetch us over there! (: Sister Jean, Dru, Andy and Tommy were with us also. hahas. We were like crazy in the van! hahas! Derek and me were like "fighting"! hitting each other! Was real pain la! He violent guy! LOLS! Soon, we reached. And Some of them were there alredi. We had two chalets. One for ours, the other for WP side. Girls haf two rooms. hahs. We were watching PRISON BREAK! that's real nice! (: Watched until 6plus? We went over to another chalet. To haf a session kinda ting. And We had our dinner after tat. BBQ and steam boat. lols (: After that, we con't watching PRISON BREAK. FUN! (: We blast the aircon and watch! hahs. jus so nice, tat show! (: After tat, we went to Changi Village to eat supper. And we din see wat i wan to see. hahs. Back to chalet. And con't watching PRISON BREAK! We watched until 1plus to 2am. Dru and Jean hafta go. And we only watch part of it. I wan watch!!! (: hahs. After that, we slept. I woke up at 9am in the morning. HAAHS. early la. Others were sleeping. Downstairs was like super cold! it was like sleeping in a fridge! LOLS. Can feel the cold air while walking down the stairs. I did my QT (: Den the others woke up. Actuali make some milo and ate some biscuits. (: hehs. Den went to changi V to eat breakfast cum lunch. hahas. Went back chalet slack. And den we decided to go Ikea to walk around. In the end, we were inside the church van for ard one hour plus. Was waiting to take photographs of van for insurance. Travel here and there. bleahs * Aniwae, we fell asleep also. Feel super tired! after tat. we went to IKEA (: (FINALLY) We bought the hotdogs from Ikea. (: hahahs. Went to Courts. i waited for Joys and WQ. Den realised it was raining! Mel, Giana, Sarah, Andy and Tommy were drenched! hahs. They were buying ice-cream. Went back to chalet to rest! We had Captain ball after we rested. 2 teams were playing (hahas. of course! ) Service one pple and service two pple. Pastor was with our team. It was a tough game la. hahs. We played w/o shoes and slippers. BARE FOOTED! I played for the 3 rounds. We dun haf enuf pple. So you see the same girls playing. After the 2 rounds, my feet began to get sore. Really sore. Blisters all around. And during the last round, I was real tired. And my feet was sore. And when i run, my feet is super painful. everyone was injured. hahas. It seems like i was the only girl in the team tat really got so crazy. and really sorry to Mu En. I din wanted to do that. Sorry!! After the game, everyone was tired. Had blisters all over the feet. I had the ever bad blister which the blood was inside it and the skin not torn! Was real disgusting! hahas. I managed to squeeze the blood out. Well, we bathe and had our dinner at Changi V. We came out first. Pastor joined us. Had a nice dinner. Many pple left. Only left a few of us. Were eatin and chatting also. While waiting for bro RX to send lester back, we were chatting. And some jokes came out la. Giana and Ubeng. lols. It's jus jokes. And evelyn gave me a pair of her unique earings! (: it's real nice. i love it lots!! (: THANK YOUS! (:  It's a pair of guitar pick earings! (: After that, we went back to haf the session. (: Was really fruitful. Always ask yr self if u enjoy doing what u are doing!! (: Shared until 2plus. *tired* And we proceed to eat 'dou hua' at Geylang! Whees (: We saw many.. you noe wat i mean uh. They were super young! and pretty. I felt it was pity for them! They wasted their life! Aniwae, we ate our 'dou hua'. And we chatted and haf fun. Was real tired also! *yawns* On the way back, we really haf fun la! Sister Nana was singing. Not only jus singing to us in the van, but to the walkie talkie. And everyone who holds the walkie talkie hear it.! LOLS. And Mu en was smart la. Walkie talkie haf blue-tooth. Indeed true, He showed it to us. Daryl was his bluetooth! hahas. He was holding on to the walkie talkie! hahas. Was really funny! (: Ok, back to chalet and sleep! Was so tired! hahas. And, next morning. Lz woke up us. I could hear his voice. "WAKE UP, WAKE UP!!" So noisy. And we jus woke up. And after that, we keep our stuffs and everything. Sister Nana was driving the van. haha. And the journey back to church office was kinda long. I jus can't sleep at all even i was tired! hahas. those in the van were all sleeping. Finally reached. place the stuffs to office. 6:00 PM  hahas (: i love this (:!! WHOOTS. Xmas Bash ytd!! (: Was real COOL. dressed up in RETRO!!! (: hahahs. i was dressed up in retro also. with my mum top and my own bottom. Plus my own shoes and belt. hahas.  yeahs! (: IT'S ME. *TWIST* Reach church at 245pm. Wells. no one in church yet. i mean for my cell group. Waited for yvonne and peeps to come over. I was waiting for zealot peeps to come. so i could give out the cards and sweets (: When core pple arrived, we sat down and started our ice-breakers. hahas. we have 1 new comer. And also other 2 who came before. Aniwae, the game lasted for ard one hour. hahas. POWER UH! (: Went down for usher!! (: And some of them were quite retro la. (: i love ying ying outfit and xue le's (: looked so retro! hahas. Today was kinda chaotic uh. hahs. so many pple! making us real confused. Especially the countings. The no of chairs and all those. bleahs* confused.. hahas. Finally tabulated the attendance. hmm. and yupps!! The skit, dance was so nice and so COOL! I jus love it!! hahas. (: All of them looked so cool and nice. After tat pastor was speaking. After the countings, i felt so exhausted! But it's all FOR GOD! (: hahas. There were pple who received Christ! (: Praise GOD for the salvation!!! (: *whoot* After tat, we had our so called high praise! hahas. We were enjoying ourselves lah. Me and Debra were like so crazy uh. hahas (: When the service ends, ushers gota work again! *bleahs* we gotta shift the chairs back! But den, we hafta wait for media pple to clear up their suffs first, before we can shift the chairs! We do wat we can. Den i let the ushers off for dinner first and came back to shift the chairs. Media pple haven relly clear the stuffs. but we manage to shift the chairs back. We finished clearing ard 10pm. *bleahs* tired!! * We also took usher photo (: With pastor Daniel (team 4). Went down. and it was like so empty! hahas. Everyone left the place le. Left a few of them. hahas. Ate some food, cos i was real hungry. *bleahs..* Aniwae, thanks for the xmas blessings! YI CAMP 2006
8:36 PM CAMP 2006. KEEP THE FAITH! (: whees. Camp was fun lahs!! hahs but this year i miss out quite some time of fellowshipping with cell groups. cos i haf usher to do. yupps. From the 3 years of camps i went, this year was more different. Cos the 3 years i get to reli fellowship with the group and everything. This year was different. Aniwae, i shall tok abt the camp! (: DAY ONE woke up early in the morning. To bathe and all these. Finally set out to meet the team leaders of usher. Wells. i was early. And the only girl among all. bleahs. eat our breakfast cum lunch!! (: hahas. And i got bullied by them. Gave me a new name and become part of their brotherhood.! HAZEL NUT XIAO QIANG! diaos. lols. aniwae. we took cab to fairfield methodist sec. hahs. And we hafta arrange the chairs. arrange the chairs in straight rows. was really straight and nice! hahs. we had our last look and we went down to join our tribe. And my tribe is ORANGE- ABRAHAM!. Was real cool leis! hahas. TEAM LEADER is UBENG!! haha. we had our tribe and team meetings (: after that, we went back to our bunks to place our bags. yupps! Surprisingly i was the bunk I/C. went to take air pump and caps. hahas. and there were ard 70 pple sleeping in the room. collected the caps and air pump from the logistics. Went back and distributed them. I was pumping air to the bed. Thanks sister vivian, sister jean and melissa for their help (: finally finished pumping air in. And din get to bathe. hahs. no time. so gather and meet for dinner. i ate very quickly cos haf usher! hahs. We shift the chairs and arrange all these. was fun (: Session was great. The speaker was pastor PAUL (: whoos. After the session. Ushers stayed back to arrange the chairs. And we joined back our teams. Went off to bathe in the BOYS toilet. lols. And i was in a hurry. cos haf night security. Walked ard with James and Wei Jian. hahas. Was tired yet fun for me cos first time doing security! (: DAY TWO. Woke up. Meet for devotion (: Breakfast. Den left for usher. hahas. Open door for the pple to come in. Really scary lahs. They really rush in. bleahs. We usher these peeps in. Was kinda chaotic. But still thank GOD.(: Had our session. (: Was raining all the way. Cold and sleepy. But i try to keep myself awake. After tat we haf our lunch. And games. Was raining. if not there will be water games!! hahas (: aniwae, we had fun. (: WE gotten FIRST POSITION. Den after that. THIRD. IT was a DROP. But we still enjoyed the GAMES!! (: It seemed that ABRAHAM AND ISSAC were supporting each other! hahs. Went off to bathe. But i din bathe. hahs. Was writing encouragement cards for some of them. Den dinner time. (: Ate and went off for usher. More stuffs to do. needa stack up chairs and den shift back. Was kinda tiring job. Sat down to listen to the speaker to speak. From where i was sitting, some pple were sleeping. During altar call, we needa shift chairs. Was scolded by the leaders for shifting the chairs when the speaker asked us not to do so. I din heard it, so i con't shifting. After that, we haf our photo taking. Everyone was in camp teeshirt. And we had our photo (: And our tribe photo too. Had our fast debrief before photo taking. And den we shift the chairs and clear up the place. yups. And went back to sleep. Din bathe. lols. DIRTY LAHS. No choice. no time to bathe. I was encouraged that yvonne and vic can speck in tongues. Great! really thank GOD tat they haf breakthrs! (: i believed their faith do increase lots! (: DAY THREE. Woke up to bathe! (: was super COLD. Finally we can see the SUN! (: Morning devotion. Changed the bunk IC on day two. Cos i haf usher to do. So xue le took over me. Aniwae, it's the same thing. Breakfast and usher. Was my team doing today. Was the same arrangement. But i was kinda disappointed with my team ushers. Cos there were problems when shifting back the chairs. Den Elvin called the ushers to go out. Wells that wasn't a good thing of cos when boss wanted to see us. After tat, they went in. After the session, we had our lunch again. And den our games! Whees. the bus fetched us to west coast park! (: We had our sunny day! (: thank GOD for the wonderful weather! While on the way to the park, chatted with leonard, si heng and qin ching. Hahas. were playing ard (: So fun. Si heng became the grandfather!! LOLS. The games were fun. jus tat my shoes is completely muddy and wet! i participated in the first game and last game. We gotten first for the first game! (: whees. And third for the second game (: (: We rawks! The finale game. whoos. we won. Back to church to bathe. James says the usher can cut queue to bathe! (: hahas. And i did not cut. I was writing encouragement cards. We waited for a while and went to bathe. I was with yvonne writing cards!! (: Had our dinner and i really love the food this year! (: For all our meals, the food is jus SO NICE!!!!! (: YUMMY. The serving is jus enuff. not too more or less. Went up to do usher. my team again. And den, there was a slight change. Dun hafta shift the chairs. but hafta put masking tape on the floor. But when they sat down, they din follow the markings. Wells, at least we did our part (: Went for toilet break. lols. the girls very bad lahs. hahs. All push me to the boys toilet. thanks ahs, james. the ushers noe my nick le. lols. Went back. open door. hahs. all of them rushed in! Had the sermon. But i was encouraged by the ushers that they did well for the starting part. (: GOOD JOB. Until the ending we had to collect offerings. Den some of the ushers went missing. Only some of them were there. What they lack was the initiative .. yupps. i believe GOD can add even more to them (: Debrief the team of usher and group debrief. I was kinda disappointed during the team debrief. Was indirectly shoot by someone in my team. I became real moody. Rebuked the person and was rebuked back. After a while, was okays. She apologised and i apologised too. yupps. went back to brush teeth and everything. Was late for night security. so sorry JAMES. We walked ard. And someone broke the glass of painting in the skol. we went to take a look. After tat, we walked ard. i went up to the girls bunks. T he third level was relly good lahs. the girls reli sleep. But for fourth level girls were kinda difficult to control. They were not sleeping. Was still writing encouragement cards. I scolded them. I feel bad also. I didn't wanted to, but no choice. I guess i leave a real bad impression of me to pple as a fierce girl. Wells. really sorry. i hafta do it. Went back to sleep at ard 1 plus. Was so tired. After a while, i slept. DAY FOUR. I din noe it was alredi 7am when i woke up. Was busy helping xue le with the airbeds and caps. were the last few to go down. Joined the group for devotion. yupps. Had our dinner. Ushers gota eat early even before they start giving thanks for the food. And we were like rushing. bleahs* i really find this team 4 ushers really funny. hahs. We had our "kai xin guo" and our " act cute guo". hahas.GUESS WHO. The last session was awesome! (: After tat we clear up the place. And this team of ushers were good. They really clear up the place well (: Had debrief. They did well for usher. (: good job. Tmr they will be in retro! (: whoos* COOLS (: Went down for lunch. Lunch was great! (: hahas. And den before we eat. I show them the card that someone unknown wrote to me. i relly haf no idea who was it. hahs. den my team read the card and lauff at me lahs. bleahs. they say someone like me. lols. hahas. Gideon walked around and came to pester me for card lols. But den i managed to write one for him during lunch time. lols. Den when i got my food, i sat with weekiat they all to eat. I show them the card. From jus a few look at the card, wee kiat says is nicholas wrote de. hahs. he wrote his name backwards. so i dunnoe. hahas. nicholas and alex very funny ones lahs!! LOLS. Aniwae. thanks for those who drop me encouragement cards. Really appreciated it lots! (: And the last part of the day. The champion tribe! whoots. Guess who won?? HAHAS. There were three tribes who haf the same points. TRIBE ISSAC and TRIBE ABEL. The champion TRIBE was.. *drums rolls* TRIBE ABRAHAM!!! (: We won the final. (: We had the best cheers and best dynamic. COOLs. And i rmbed, when abel shouted their cheers with the word ABEL. Abraham jus goes, HAM HAM HAM HAM.. hahas. it was real funny (: I LOVE MY TRIBE (: I LOVE THE CHEERS ALSO! (: Thank GOD for this wonderful camp! (: Though it was different from the other years of camp. i still thank you, LORD (: Thank you for allowing me to learn something. (: Use me LORD. After we break camp, we board into vic's dad car and he fetch us to yvonne's house (: whoos. We left our stuffs at her house and went to westmall to shop ard! COOLS* I bought some sweets and pins!! (: Den i went home and rest! super tired!! Woke up super late today. at 1230pm. *yawns* still tired. hahs. aniwae, tmr is CHRISTMAS BASH! (: WHOOS. FUN FUN!! mission trip part 2
7:05 PM BACK HERE. I JUS WANA UPDATE MORE ON MISSION TRIP! (: Hm.. yes. i remembered one incident. We were giving out tracks in one village. Then we came to one house. An old lady was inside. Her left eye was blinded. She could not see on her left eye. We prayed for her. First time, second time still the same. But it does not discouraged me. And we push on praying!! (: The third time, she could see some LIGHT!! YES. GOD HEALS (: Another incident! I saw an old man sitting near the place we held the rally. wells, it must be the HOLY SPIRIT tat wans me to approach this old man. i tried to communicate with him. but was rather difficult. I wanted to ask him if he had any sickness. but i dun noe how. After a while i left. Den people cam over and asked him. He had sickness. He had heart problem and cancer. So we prayed for him. I believed GOD can heal him!! (: We went to a college also. The students are ard 17 and above. Went over to teach them some english and also to share CHRIST. Each of us took a girl. One to One sharing! And we talk and they were real nice. they treated me and sab with drinks! (: hehs. And we shared Christ with them!! They din receive Christ, however.. But hopefully they will go to church! (: Wells. yupps. On one night rally. hahs. The PRATA "shop". the PRATA is NICE (: It's SWEET DE. hahas. tat night of rally, many healings take place also. But i was not there to see the healings taking place. I was jus standing at the sides of the place. Praying. But after all these. Sab came and ask me if i wan to go approach the 2 little kids over the other side. we went over there. we talk to her. we got the translator over. We shared Christ to them (: And they received JESUS! AWESOME (: Something to add on during the last rally. I remembered one incident. There was a man who has problems with his muscles. He was riding on some kind like a motorbike. He wanted to be healed. So we prayed for HIM! (: We prayed a few times, he's not completely healed. there were also pple laughing at him. (MOCKING SPIRITS) But it doesn't discourage us. But we push on and pray!!! (: But i heard tat his legs could be straightened which before was impossible. so PRAISE GOD. (: Even though he was not completely healed, he felt joyful. (: becos he haf JESUS in him!!. We went to Nong Khai. We went over to MeKong River. to prayer walk. (: It was hot but i do enjoy prayer walking over there. It was the KING's birthday. hahs. everyone was in YELLOW. We set up a stall at the fun fair. And we are to perform there. In the end, never. But we sang some songs. I was actually outside the stall, inviting pple in to see. People managed to come. Even these pple din received Christ.. I believed the next time we go over there, they will receive. (: It's real awesome. But we had to go off. yupps. GOD did so many wonderful things at THAILAND (: i believed UDON HAD BREAKTHRS! (: wells. i tink it's abt all. (: con't to pray for one another!! (: i miss the pastors over there. hahs. last night, during the day we are gg to leave for Bangkok, it was reali great. i''m truely touched by wat the pastors said. i can't hold back my tears and there it goes... i hugged the lady pastor. goodness. i jus can't bear to leave thailand. i noe, GOD has something great for them. And i believe her church has a breakthr. (: she cried too. (: i believe GOD has touched her heart so deeply. She is setting up a new church. so keep her in prayers! (: and her church. If i had the chance to stay in Thailand longer. i would stay.. for sure! (: i thank GOD for all the valuable lessons learnt in Thailand. (: i thank HIM for giving me strength throut the whole trip. Even i was real tired, i prayed for strength and He not only provides for one day. But throut the trip. HOW AWESOME HE IS!! (: A XMAS BASH IS UP NEXT ON 23RD DEC. MISSION TRIP 2006
11:35 PM KEEP THE FAITH!!!! (: MISSION TRIP 2006 is real great!! GOD is just too awesome! I learnt alot of things thr mission trip!! really great!! (: PRAYERS WORKS!. During the night rallys, there were healings and salvations! Praises to GOD. I personally encounter GOD during the rallys. When there were very little coming in for rally, i was kinda discouraged! But i did not let it destroy me, but i persist on and pray!! (: i was really praying hard! Soon, people came. Many many people came!! (: praise GOD. He is just too awesome!!. I also rmb one lady who approached me when i was doing ushering, saying that one man eyes haf probs and he wanted to be healed! i was really touched! These people really need JESUS. And they believe that JESUS can heal them!!! Also, another incident which touches me so much was an old lady and his son. This old lady was very poor. He had a son which had mental probs. She had to work very hard to earn money. She had to dig up small crabs from the ground for living. She had to sell it. yet the crabs are so difficult to dig. I felt love and compassion for her. Her husband run away with another lady leaving her and his son alone. Her son could not work. When i heard of her story, my tears almost drop. I felt very pity for her. While praying for her, i cried. Esp the last rally, it's really awesome! Before it starts, our team were praying for the village. It was heard that if one person receive JESUS, he or she will be beaten to death. They were really fearful of it. So we prayed! Half way thr the praying, my tears began to drop. I felt love and compassion for the village! i began to cry for these lost souls. I wanted them to come to the Kingdom of GOD. Oh man, that was great. that night, we had the most number of pple coming. Praise GOD. salavtion was many too!! (: During the trip, i had many negative tots. It caused me to feel really bad and feel that the team dun need me. I was so discouraged. During one of the night rally, i cried while walking along the side of the road. i needed sumone to tok to me. And ubeng came over and talk to me. Really thank GOD for him. he really encouraged me alot! (: Throughout the trip, i learnt to trust GOD at all situations! Even if things dun go yr way, PRAY and trust GOD. Also hafta wait for HIS timing!! And i become more prayerful. becos PRAYERS WORKS. When i dun pray, things started to be bad. When i pray hard, people began to come for the rally and things jus change!! PRAISE GOD!! (: I learnt to be FAITHFUL. (: and to listen to HIM daily!! yupps. i had fun throughout the trip! hehs. (: thanks to the team pple!! LIANG ZHI LI SHAN ALVIN LI PING YUIT YENG XUE LI ONG NEI NEI U BENG TECK SOON QIN CHING (: THANKS LOTS FOR THE FUN AND JOY CREATED! i wun forget SAB for shopping with me!! (: and the loudspeaker DEREK. WEE KIAT AND KEN LIM!! (: hahas. and GIDEON ahs. GO ARD TAKING PHOTOS OF PPLE SLEEPING!!! LOLS.  |
